Return & Refund Policy

At FITZOA, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • The product is in original packaging with tags intact

  • The request is made within 7 DAYS of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


2. Return Timeframe

All return requests must be submitted within 15 DAYS from the date of delivery.

3. Refund Process & Timing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

You will be notified once your refund is processed.


4. Exchange Options

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damaged items

Exchange requests must be made within 7 DAYS of delivery. Product availability is subject to stock.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Please contact us within 7 DAYS of delivery

  • Share clear images or videos of the issue

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used or washed products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items purchased on clearance or special sale

  • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service


8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
